What is a Discount code?
Discount Codes are entered on checkout to give discounts.

What Codes do Creative Salts offer?
Loyal Customer Discount Code; Creative Salts Discount Code; Gift Certificate Code.

Who is issued with these codes?
Loyal Customer Discount Code: Creative Salts use on the Creative Salts website.
Creative Salts Discount Code: For Creative Salts use in printed vouchers.
Gift Certificate Code: The buyer of the Gift Certificate.

When I receive a code issued to me, can I share it?
Loyal Customer Discount Code: Yes, this code is issued by Creative Salts to the Creative Salts website and it can be shared for as long as it is valid.
Creative Salts Discount Code: Yes, this code is issued by Creative Salts in a printed voucher/coupon and it can be shared for as long as it is valid.
Gift Certificates: The person that buys a Gift Certificate can gift it to someone else, but once it is redeemed it cannot be reused.

What do I get?
Loyal Customer Discount Code: You will receive a discount off your RRP purchase via the Creative Salts website. The amount is based on the promotion offered on the Creative Salts website when you enter the code on checkout. Generally this discount will be subject to minimum purchases. The discount could be a % or it could be a $ value off an order.
Creative Salts Discount code: The amount of the discount is based on the promotion offered by Creative Salts.
Gift Certificates: The amount of a Gift Certificate is based on the $ value of the Gift Certificate.

How do I get a Discount Code?
Loyal Customer Discount Code: For Creative Salts use to promote discounts only.
Creative Salts Discount Code: For Creative Salts use to promote discounts only.
Gift Certificate Code: Inserted on a Gift Certificate when it is purchased.

Can I lose access to a Discount Code?
Loyal Customer Discount Code: Yes. Only valid for promotional periods.
Creative Salts Discount Code: Yes. Only valid for promotional periods.
Gift Certificate Codes: No, once the Gift Certificate is paid for it is up to you how you use it i.e. gift to someone else or use yourself.

If I have more than one Discount Code can I combine the discounts?
No. You can only use one code on checkout, via the Creative Salts website. Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined.

Can I use a code via other communication methods ie. email or phone?
No. Discount Codes are managed and monitored via the Creative Salts website system only to ensure that the issuer receives their entitlements. Part of the terms of using the Discount Codes is to redeem it on the Creative Salts website while it is still valid.

What is a valid order? When a payment has cleared and products not returned for a refund.
