How long does it take for my payment to clear?
bank direct deposit payments: up to 3 business days.
Paypal: 1 business day. Paypal E-Cheques: up to 10 business days.
Do you have monthly billing accounts?
No. All products are paid for when they are ordered. Most salt products are customised, fresh to each individual order, so orders are not processed until payment has cleared.
Do you send an invoice with my order?
Yes. The invoice is also used as your mailing label on the front of your parcel (under a plastic cover).
Do you have Lay-by?
No. It may be considered if there is sufficient requests for it.
Do you have regular specials?
Yes. Creative Salts believe everyone deserves to be pampered and by offering quality products at low prices it is envisaged that more people can enjoy them. Irrespective of any circulated correspondence by Creative Salts or others, the current prices will always be displayed on the Creative Salts official website as this is where you will place your order.
Do you have a Newsletter?
From time to time Creative Salts may email a "Specials Newsletter" outlining products and prices to registered customers.
Do you provide quotes?
Yes. Please send an email to contact@creativesalts.com.au outlining what you would like such as:
- product name or a customised product
- volume & qty
- expected dispatch date
- where it is to be sent to (or post code)
- your contact name
Additional information may be requested after your quote request is received.
