How do you post my product?
Each Parcel is packed in weights up to 16kg and sent via Australia Post Standard Parcels or sent via our couriers. For express post or insurance, please advise and you will be charged accordingly.
My order showed a Nil postage - Does this mean I pay no postage?
Postage applies to all our products unless it specifies FREE Postage for that specific product.
Where bulk orders show a nil or unusally low postage cost, you will be advised of the correct postage cost via email. If you have already paid your order, you will have the option of cancelling your order, or paying the difference.
Is there a cap on postage?
Yes, we will cap very large orders to a maximum of $100. If your order shows more than this, you will receive a credit/refund for the difference.
How long does it take for my glassware (bottles & jars) to be dispatched?
Stocked items are dispatched within 5 days of payment clearing. Non-stocked items are placed on back order.
How long do Back Orders (for glassware) take?
Creative Salts place orders for glassware on the last Monday of each month. If you order at the beginning of the month your back order could take 5-6 weeks.
If glassware is still at the factory it can take up to 3 months. In this case you will be notified and a message is posted on the website.
On rare occassions Creative Salts may not be informed by the supplier that glassware is still at the factory, but as soon as this is known, the information is posted on the website and you will be contact via email. All glassware is cleaned & heat dried. This is not sterilised so you will need to ensure your packaging is suitable for your intended use.
How long does it take for my salts to be dispatched?
All salt products, body oils and herbs are made fresh to order. Please allow 5 business days of payment clearing for your order to be dispatched. Large volumes will take longer ie. approx 10+ business days for 50kg+ or over 1,000 units.
Can you send my order directly to my customer?
Yes, When you order, please provide special instructions or your order will be sent to you. Advise the following:
1. That the order is to go to your customer
2. Your customers name and delivery address
3. You will receive the invoice via email, so your customer does not receive it as the invoice is normally used as the address labels.
4. The return address on the Label is required for sending parcels incase they are lost or inspected. This will be Creative Salts details unless you organise the pick with your own couriers.
Can I return products I bought direct from the Creative Salts website?
A credit is offered for product returned within 7 days after receipt if it is faulty or not accurately described. In certain circumstances this timeframe is extended on approval. A copy of your invoice is to be provided for proof of date of purchase and where it was purchased.
Before returning any product, please send an email to contact@creativesalts.com.au for further instructions. Where products are to be returned please pack carefully to reduce any further damage in postage.
Return postage costs will be at your own expense. If the product is found to be defective or not as described, you will be credited for product and postage costs.
I bought Creative Salts products from a retail outlet or Resellers where do I return them?
The policies of the business you bought your products from will apply ie. If you bought products from a salon or online shop you will organise to return the products to the salon or online shop owner. Normally they would like to see the receipt as proof of purchase.
